I may be bias not really being a Ducati or V Twin fan and also having a Daytona Moto2, but I also quite fancy a Street Triple Moto2 as well.
2 similar bikes but different enough for different rides  :028:

Trouble is 6 bikes in the garage is a squeeze already so getting another one would mean selling one  :151: and I don't want to do that.

I had a 2018 Street Triple RS and the Daytona 765 at the same time for ~3 years and the similarities were significant.  For me it was b/c the D765 was my dedicated track bike and having a street bike with very similar performance and feel was great for building familiarity and understanding of how the D765 would be on track.  It was useful but I since switched out the Street Triple for a Tuono V4 and the nice part of that is after riding the TV4, the Daytona feels slow and I've been far less reticent to make use of the throttle on track.

I think it depends on what your riding objectives are; I personally like more variety and being a capable rider on lots of different bikes makes things more interesting.  On the other hand, the fact that so many parts from the Street Triple and Daytona are interchangeable, that was pretty nice and highly familiar when it came time to maintenance (same brake pads, same oil & filters, air filter, etc.).  On cooler track days, I'd even borrow the STRS' road wheels & tires.
