    2023 Suspension Upgrade

My D765 has been with my suspension guy and tuner for a couple of months now for its annual visit.  The original plan was to adjust the front forks (oil level, valving) and a general annual service as well as the Bodis full exhaust and tune.  Additionally though we decided to upgrade the front cartridges to the Öhlins FKR kit.  I was wondering if anyone here has done that and what they've found in how the front feels compared to the OE NIX cartridges?

I doubt the Daytona will be back in time for at least the first couple of track days so I'll be riding my Tuono V4F and the Ninja 400.

So what did you end up doing with the suspension?  Or do they still have the bike?

The bike is still with the mechanic until probably next month.  Things don't often happen quickly there--he's also the chief mechanic for one of the MotoAmerica teams and goes to their testing events so he was tied up for a couple of days last week with that alone and he's one of the most popular tuners/mechanics for the local club racers.  I talked to him and he said he's got the front end apart so I'm hoping to see it sometime in March.  The Tuono pinch hit just fine.
