Aftermarket Headers and Radiator Hose Clearance

I have my bike with my mechanic/tuner who just installed the Bodis full exhaust.  Everything bolted up nicely however clearance with the radiator hose is pretty tight.  I'm wondering if anyone else who has installed Bodis or any other aftermarket headers has noticed this and if so, what did you do about it?  Is clearance improved with the Samco hoses?

I’ve got a full spark system fitted to mine, and the radiator hose isn’t that close, seems to be plenty of clearance with the standard hose. I can get a picture for you tomorrow.

In terms of the samco hoses, samco don’t actually do a hose kit for the 765 Moto2 yet, all the hoses are the same as either the 675 Dayton or 765 street triple apart doke one hose which is specific to the Daytona 765. Samco are making a hose kit for our bikes, due in the next few months. I’ve been speaking with them a lot over the last few months and will be doing the test fit on my bike when the hose kit is available. Happy to share pictures once I’ve got it!

Looks like UKRS has a Moto2 specific set on their site. Is it not the correct set?

    Hello,
Samco does not have to produce a special kit for the Daytona 765. All connections on the engine and also the radiator are the same as on the Daytona 675'13.
I installed the hoses from AS3-Performance for the Daytona 675'13, fits perfectly.

This has only just recently been released, it will not be available just yet, I’d imagine UKRS have it for pre-order at the moment.

I have checked and been working along with Samco UK. I have access to the moto2 parts list, and there is one specific hose on the moto2 that is unique to this bike, hence the need for a specific moto2 kit. All other hoses are the same as the 675. I can’t remember which one exactly, but I can share the parts list and the hose if anyone needs it for information. I’ll happily report on the samco set when I carry out the test fitment for them

Following Sordo's guidance, we loosened the hose and rotated it a bit to move the bend further away from the header.
