Rear brake light switch wires

Hi there,
Purchased a set of Lightech R version Adjustable Rearsets.
Like most aftermarket rearsets this means I have to replace the mechanical switch for a banjo bolt pressure switch.
Splicing two wires sounds pretty straightforward, however when I unplugged the moto 2 from its housing to my surprise there are 4 wires.
I should of took a picture before putting eveything back.
But if memory serves there were 4 wires (three white and one blue)
Anybody out there had to do a similar job and still retain a working rear brake light?

there are wires going to the brake light and the ecu. if it is connected incorrectly or not connected, the brake light will not work, and shifting from gear 5 to 6 will not work with Quickshifter. the motorcycle only drives a little over 200km/h If the switch is not connected, the ECU thinks the brake is applied and takes it off because you don't accelerate at the same time as you brake

What does this mean? Are you splicing into the tail light itself or the OEM brake light switch?

Apologies typing tired,
I need to remove the existing oem mechanical brake switch, activated by the rearset spring. When I unplugged what appears to be a 2pin electrical plug from the existing mechanical switch housing, instead of expecting 2 wires there were 4.
I figured it would be a simple case off splicing the two wires from the new banjo bolt pressure switch into the existing mechanical switch loom which routes underneath the seat.
But having an extra two wires means a little more research.

Does anyone know if you can get a banjo bolt pressure switch which already has the connector applied? I was fairly sure I had seen something like this.
