on: July 23, 2020, 09:11:12 PM
Hello all, just thought Iíd introduce myself.

Mad biker, Trackdays, trials...you name it. Ride everything from a Grom to a Fireblade!

Im also a Triumph nut, Iíve had Tigers, Bonny, Streets, Daytona 675s etc etc! Canít enough of the Triple engines.

Loving the Moto2, I always said if they made a 765 Daytona Iíd have to buy one...was lucky enough to get number 543.

Hi Nigel, yeah had a few Blades and theyíre so easy to ride Iím a big fan.

My first impression of the Moto2 was it was so smooth it could have been a Honda...I know some will shoot me for that! However, once it was run it started to show its edge a bit more!

Hey Matt

Does your have Chinese fairings or is it one of the Hunts or Vertu Honda's repaints? A friend on the UK Honda forum has one from Hunts and it does look most effective. :152:

You do know your Blades!

The Hunts ones were my inspiration but yep these were £400 for China. Quality is really quite surprising, two mechanics at my local Honda dealer were arguing with each other as to whether they were genuine panels or not!

Itís mainly a track bike so good to preserve the original kit. Iíve also fitted Marchesinis off an SP2👍

people will kill for those!! They defo make a massive difference to the handling and are a nice looking wheel. A real shame the current model doesn't get trick wheels, also a shame that Triumph didn't option our 765s with forged wheels. :003:

Has anyone put BST wheels on a 765 yet? I'm interested in how much weight savings forged carbon fibre would have over the stock set?

Yeah I was lucky to get them, not a straight fit bizarrely they have different front discs to the SP1.

Would love a carbon set for the 765...It handles like nothing else Iíve ever ridden as it is, so canít imagine what itíd be like.
