Wow that RC31 is sexy. Really freaking clean for it's age.

Thanks!
That was a fun build. RVF 400 rear wheel, CBR F1 front, racetech springs
and GVE in the forks, Penske race rear shock, custom carrier with Brembo
P32, front is getting RC51 caliper and EBC floater. Pods, jets, full M4 high mount with carbon can, Tyga rear sets, triple clamp and carbon front fender, Vortex clip ons, CRG levers and mirrors.........on and on.

The Daytona is the first bike I purchased new. Not a project to be built up.
I like that.........but....I like the building and modifying too.

Yeah that's the fun part for me as well. TBH, it's a difficult bike to mod out because of it's uniqueness. I was second guessing my decision for a while thinking it would have been smarter to go with a penigale v2. However, it seems like enough of the mods from the 675r and street triple rs can be fitted or converted to fit the m2. I'm excited to get to work on mine, I get home this sunday. Got an evotech tail tidy ready to install and triumph frame sliders and adjustable rear sets ordered. Then probably doing a clearwrap/ceramic coat just to protect the carbon and easy clean it. After that need to figure out about aftermarket exhaust and air filter, rapidbike fueling module, etc.

Who doesn't love an excuse to talk about their bikes and post pictures!

Current bikes;
2020 Triumph Daytona Moto-2
2017 Ducati M797
2012 Triumph Daytona 675R
2003 TM Racing 125 (google it)
2001 Yamaha TTR-125
1991 Ducati 900ss (Race)
1991 Ducati 900ss (Basement display)

Over the years, many bikes have spend time in my hands.
This includes a total of 4 Triumph Daytonas 07, 12, 14 and 20. Up to this point the 2012 has been my favorite, but I have yet to Race the M2 (I like to call it the "Seven"). My 2014 was faster than the 2012, but shifting was terrible and it was a tad bit heavier.

The "Seven" was purchased for the soul purpose of racing the Daytona 200 in March.
As the bike stacks up, it is very close to the same weight as the '12 and I have not done anything to make it lighter. Rules state "355lbs min. limit as raced" and that is where the "Seven" is at with no fuel. The Seven will be on the track in a few day, down at Roebling Road.

My heart belongs to the Ducati air cooled twins.
Both are '91s, the first year of the redesign and the only year of the white frame and white wheels. In 1991 there were only 250 of this model imported into the states and rumor has it, 50% of those were exported back out to meet demand in Europe.
The one on display in my basement and I have owned this bike since the Mid-90s. The other one is my Race bike.
They are slow and LOUD, IMO the prettiest girl in the room. If they are running... give it a minute something is likely to break.

My true favorite bike was that TZ-250 (4DP), which I sold. Parts were to hard to source and whats the point in owning a bike that you can't ride? I mean another bike you don't ride!

I've always been a fan of the Hawk.
The Ex-Wife raced one for a few years and we had one for the street as well.

My other bikes are:
My favourite by far is a CCM Spitfire cafe racer at 142kg and super sticky rubber is more fun than anything else I have ridden on a B road blast.

Versus 650 which is less fun but gets to work in comfort.
