Track day van....
on: May 09, 2020, 01:50:51 PM
After anyoneís experience of using a ford connect lwb hi-roof for transporting their track bike. Itíll be a 675 Daytona going in the back and used only for that purpose and the very occasional runabout the local area.

Seems a bike will fit in the back but between the seats and a wheel chock used in that space.

Looked at fiat scudo/Peugeot expert/Citroen dispatch which are long enough but the forums are awash with horror stories. But would like to hear peopleís experiences if any.

Not really interested in the transit/vivaro/vito/transporter size lot. Would like to to keep the cost down...

Stay safe everyone

I guess no one uses vans for track transport.

I can't help either, although I do use full size rental Transits and Traffics (Renault)for bike purchases. I can't help to think a full size would do you better, especially when you factor in spare wheels, stands, tool boxes etc.
