No. That post was the 1997 CBR900RR Erion paint job.

This bike, as a former CB400 (most likely) are now reasonably rare and command good money as a mint collectors' item. This 'modification' would appeal to very few and, in my honest opinion, is like taking a beautiful woman and trashing her with all sorts of piercings, tattoos, and 'body art':
